Circular CSSF-CPDI 25/48: FGDL Method for Calculating Ex-Ante Contributions
The CSSF issued Circular CSSF-CPDI 25/48 to establish the method for calculating ex-ante contributions to the Fonds de garantie des dépôts Luxembourg (FGDL). This document implements Article 182 of the Law of 18 December 2015 regarding the failure of credit institutions and certain investment firms. It provides the regulatory framework for determining the financial obligations of covered entities toward the deposit guarantee scheme.
