Procedures for filing the information note
The Belgian Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) issued this communication to define the procedural requirements for filing information notes under the Law of 11 July 2018. Issuers must submit PDF copies via email to intro.notification@fsma.be at the latest when the note is made public, including specific details such as identity, transaction type, and contact information. The FSMA acknowledges receipt and publishes the documents on its website, while filers must explicitly request delayed publication if immediate release is not intended.
