DFIM Circular Letter No. 07: Changes in the Office Hours of Finance Companies
Bangladesh Bank has issued DFIM Circular Letter No. 07 to revise the official office hours for all finance companies operating in Bangladesh. Effective 05 June 2026, standard operating hours will be adjusted to 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM from Monday to Friday, with Saturday and Sunday designated as half-days. This directive is issued under clause 41(2)(N) of the Bangladesh Bank Order, 2023, to align internal operations with the central bank's approved schedule.

With reference to the subject cited above, this is to inform you that the office hours of Bangladesh Bank will be changed as follows from 05 June 2026 onwards, in accordance with the approved office hours of the Bangladesh Bank:
The office hours of Bangladesh Bank will be changed as follows:
