Electronic Verification of Documents, Certificates and Instruments Approved by Riyadh Chamber
SAMA directs all Kingdom-based banks to adopt the Riyadh Chamber’s electronic authentication system for documents, certificates, and records via its E-SERVICE portal. This transition replaces the traditional security sticker method and mandates that financial institutions update their internal procedures to align with the Chamber’s introductory guide. Banks must implement these updated policies immediately to ensure seamless electronic verification across all banking operations.
