Dear Sir/Madam,
## Subject: Consultation on Global Financial Innovation Network
The Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”) and 11 financial regulators and related organisations, including the Central Bank of Bahrain (“CBB”), announced the creation of the Global Financial Innovation Network (“GFIN”).
The network will seek to provide a more efficient way for innovative firms to interact with regulators, helping them navigate between countries as they look to scale new ideas. It will also create a new framework for co-operation between financial services regulators on innovation related topics.
Accordingly, a consultation paper on the role of the GFIN has been issued, and is now available on the CBB website ([www.cbb.gov.bh](http://www.cbb.gov.bh)), under the “open consultations” section.
The CBB requests all licensees, Audit firms and Law firms to provide their comments, including ‘nil comments’ on the GFIN consultation paper.
Responses must be sent electronically, in an editable format, to [consultation@cbb.gov.bh](mailto:consultation@cbb.gov.bh), by 14th October 2018.
Yours sincerely,
Khalid Hamad
