The Superintendency of the Securities Market (SMV) of Panama has updated the guide and the DS-11 form regarding structure, correspondence, and custody for securities houses. Licensed entities are required to use the new version of the form and the updated guide starting March 15, 2022, for information submissions corresponding to February 2022. The updated materials are available on the SMV website through the Electronic Information Submission System (SERI).

We hereby inform you that we have updated the Guide, as well as the template for the "Structure, Correspondence, and Custody (DS-11)" Form, whose submission method is through the Electronic Information Submission System (SERI).
On the website of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, you will find the following:
Entities with Securities House licenses must use the guide and the new version of the form, starting March 15, 2022, with the submission of information corresponding to February 2022.
