The Securities and Exchange Commission of Zambia issued these amendment rules to update the licensing, fees, and levies framework under the Securities Act. The rules repeal and replace the Third Schedule of the Principal Rules, establishing a comprehensive fee schedule for securities dealers, investment advisors, exchanges, and collective investment schemes. Prescribed charges now cover licensing applications, renewals, public and private offerings, annual levies for depositories and issuers, and compensation fund contributions based on specified percentages or fixed units.
