ON GRANTING A LICENSE FOR A CURRENCY EXCHANGE OFFICE BRANCH TO “LUSTELECOM” LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY

BOARD DECISION

ON GRANTING A LICENSE FOR A CURRENCY EXCHANGE OFFICE BRANCH TO “LUSTELECOM” LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY

Guided by Part 3 of Article 2 and Point “p” of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, by Point 9 of the Annex approved by Decision No. 138-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 15 May 2007 “On Approving Regulation 10 on Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Exchange Transactions”,

taking into account that “Lustelecom” Limited Liability Company applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 31 July 2025 for obtaining a license for a currency exchange office branch, and

based on the opinion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 36 dated 13 August 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

decides:

To grant “Lustelecom” Limited Liability Company (License No. 850) License for Currency Exchange Transactions to its Branch No. 3, for carrying out activity at the address: 1/2 E. Isabekyan Street, Building, premises 117, 118 and 119, Norq Marash District, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia.

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of duly notifying “Lustelecom” Limited Liability Company.
