This document is a repealed regulatory instruction issued by the French Banking Commission regarding the electronic signature of certain transmitted documents. It was originally established on January 18, 2007, and subsequently amended by seven other instructions between 2007 and 2014. The instruction was formally repealed by Instruction No. 2015-I-19.
