The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority, Having regard to Instruction No. 2015-I-17 regarding the composition of the prior declaration dossier for the affiliation, withdrawal, or exclusion of a mutual insurance group company (MIGC), a mutual group union (MGU), or a social protection insurance group company (SPIGC); Having regard to the opinion of the Prudential Affairs Consultative Committee dated June 20, 2018; DECIDES:
Article 1: The address set out in Article 2 of Instruction No. 2015-I-17 is replaced as follows: General Secretariat of the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority Directorate of Authorizations 66-2789 Insurance Bodies Service 4, place de Budapest CS 92 459 75436 Paris Cedex 09
Article 2: The annex to Instruction No. 2015-I-17 is replaced by the annex to this instruction.
Article 3: This instruction shall apply from the date of its publication.
