Board Resolution Approving the Financial Stability Report 2024 of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 77 A on May 20, 2025, to formally approve the Financial Stability Report for 2024. This action was taken pursuant to Articles 17, 2, and 20 of the Law On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia. The resolution mandates that the approved report be implemented in accordance with the attached appendix and enter into force as prescribed by law.

Approving the Document “Financial Stability Report, 2024” of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

In view of Article 17 (2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (1) (“e”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

E n a c t s:

Approve the document “Financial Stability Report, 2024” of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, in accordance with Appendix to this resolution.

This resolution to enter into force in the manner as prescribed by the law.
