It has been decided that, for the purpose of auditing applications for export subsidy/cash incentive, the CMA firms enlisted by Bangladesh Bank as per the attached list (Annexure-A) shall be considered eligible. In this regard, the instructions contained in the aforesaid FE Circular No. 20, dated December 03, 2023 shall remain applicable. A CMA firm may undertake auditing assignments for a maximum of 3 banks in a particular financial year. All other instructions contained in the relevant FE Circulars/Circular Letters related to export subsidy/cash incentive shall remain unchanged.
