The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) issued this communication to announce two virtual workshops for registered financial services providers scheduled for late March 2023. The first session addresses recent amendments to the FAIS General Code, while the second covers competence requirements, supervision, sales execution, and debarment for managing representatives. Attendees must complete post-workshop assessments to earn Financial Planning Institute accredited CPD credits, with session recordings subsequently made available on the FSCA YouTube channel.
