Cancellation of Proper Conduct of Banking Business Directive no. 358

The Supervisor of Banks cancels Proper Conduct of Banking Business Directive no. 358 regarding transactions outside banking corporation offices. This decision follows a regulatory review concluding that the Directive is redundant because the matter is already governed by the Banking (Licensing) Law and specific permissions granted under Section 28(a). The cancellation takes effect upon publication on the Bank of Israel website and does not adversely impact the proper conduct of banking business.
