The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared conformity with the European Banking Authority's guidelines amending previous rules on loan repayment moratoria related to the COVID-19 pandemic. These consolidated guidelines are applicable to credit institutions supervised by the ACPR from April 2, 2020, until September 30, 2020. Institutions are required to take all necessary measures to comply with these guidelines in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010.

The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared conformity with the European Banking Authority (EBA/GL/2020/08) guidelines amending the guidelines on legislative and non-legislative moratoria on loan repayments applied due to the COVID-19 pandemic (EBA/GL/2020/02). The consolidated guidelines are attached to this notice.
These guidelines are applicable from April 2, 2020, until September 30, 2020, by credit institutions subject to the supervision of the ACPR, which must take all necessary measures to comply with them, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 establishing a European Supervisory Authority (European Banking Authority).
