The Palestine Monetary Authority mandates all banks operating in Palestine to submit aggregated data on public sector employee facilities (Code 30) within one week of the circular's issuance. Banks must categorize and report the outstanding balances in USD for specific facility types, including housing loans, mortgages, credit cards, auto loans, revolving accounts, overdrafts, and Murabaha, using the prescribed analytical table. This reporting requirement aims to enable the regulator to study and verify the current portfolio of public sector lending to ensure accurate monitoring and compliance.
