Number 13/25/DPNP Jakarta, 25 November 2011 CIRCULAR LETTER To ALL COMMERCIAL BANKS IN INDONESIA Subject: Revocation of Bank Indonesia Circular Letter Number 29/02/UPPB dated 31 July 1996 concerning Procedure for Receipt, Administration, Reporting of State Revenue Deposits and Imposition of Sanctions In relation to the position and authority of Bank Indonesia to set regulations based on Act Number 23 of 1999 concerning Bank Indonesia (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 66 of 1999, Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3843) as amended several times, latest by Act Number 6 of 2009 concerning Stipulation of Government Regulation In Lieu of Law Number 2 of 2008 concerning Second Amendment of Act Number 23 of 1999 (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 7 of 2009, Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4962) and the change that has been made in organizational stipulations, which have been the basis for the issuance of Bank Indonesia Circular Letter Number 29/02/UPPB dated 31 July 1996 concerning Procedure for Receipt, Administration, Reporting of State Revenue Deposits and Imposition of Sanctions, it is deemed necessary to revoke the said Bank Indonesia Circular Letter. Based on above considerations, Bank Indonesia Circular Letter No. 29/02/UPPB dated 31 July 1996 concerning Procedure for Receipt, Administration, Reporting of State Revenue Deposits and Imposition of Sanctions is hereby revoked and declared no longer valid. This Bank Indonesia Circular Letter shall come into effect on 25 November 2011. For public information, orders this Bank Indonesia Circular Letter be published in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Please be informed.
