Delisting of Marshi & Partners S.A.L. on the list of Financial Intermediation Institutions
The Capital Markets Authority, through its Chairman and Acting Governor of the Central Bank of Lebanon, has issued Notice No. 98 to formally remove Marshi & Partners S.A.L. from the list of Financial Intermediation Institutions. This action follows Board Decision No. 24/4/9, which revoked the firm’s license to conduct Advisory and Arrangement activities after verifying compliance with all legal revocation conditions. The notice mandates immediate publication in the Official Gazette to effectuate the delisting effective August 8, 2024.

The Chairman of the Capital Markets Authority, pursuant to Law No. 161 dated August 17, 2011, concerning Capital Markets, and pursuant to Capital Markets Authority Board Decision No. 24/4/9, issued at its meeting held on February 29, 2024, approving the revocation of the license of "Marshi & Partners S.A.L." to conduct "Advisory" and "Arrangement" activities, and its removal from the list of Financial Intermediation Institutions, and after reviewing the submitted documents confirming that the legal conditions for this revocation are met,
hereby decides the following:
Article One: "Marshi & Partners S.A.L.", registered in the list of Financial Intermediation Institutions under No. 34, is removed from said list.
Article Two: This notice shall be published in the Official Gazette.
