FSRA Funds Reporting Template

The Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) issues this document to standardize the collection of regulatory data from various fund structures including public, open-ended, closed-ended, and QIF funds. The template mandates detailed reporting across static fund data, fee structures, portfolio holdings, liquidity profiles, performance metrics, and unitholder demographics. It requires fund managers to disclose specific information on leverage, derivatives, green investments, and counterparty exposures to ensure comprehensive regulatory oversight.
