DOC-2017-03 Modalities for Reporting Transactions Conducted by Listed Issuers on Their Own Shares and Stabilization Measures

Summary This instruction defines the modalities for the publication and reporting of buyback transactions carried out in the context of interventions by listed issuers on their own shares and stabilization measures.

Modifications made on January 9, 2026 The modifications were made following the entry into force of the first phase of measures from the "Listing Act". These concern the competent authority to which buyback transactions carried out under the conditions of Article 5 of MAR must be reported and the format of the information to be published. The instruction now lists among its annexes all standard declaration forms, the content of which remains unchanged.
