Mandatory Instructions when Submitting a Mortgage Product to Individuals
The Saudi Central Bank issued a circular amending Paragraph 3 of the Mandatory Instructions when Submitting a Mortgage Product to Individuals to permit customers to receive mortgage financing offers electronically. This amendment replaces the previous version of the instructions and takes effect immediately upon issuance. The directive applies to all banks, financial institutions, and mortgage financing companies operating within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
