Decree No. 2005-128 of March 8, 2005 Repealing Decree No. 99-749 of September 20, 1999 Appointing Members of the Banking and Financial Supervision Commission (CSBF)

The Prime Minister issued Decree No. 2005-128 on March 8, 2005, to repeal Decree No. 99-749 and appoint new members to the Banking and Financial Supervision Commission (CSBF). The decree designates Mrs. Ralijohn Nirina Emma, Mrs. Razafindramboa Ihantasolo Voahirana, and Mr. Rakotoarimanana Victor to serve a three-year term alongside five ex officio members, including the Central Bank Governor and the Treasury Director General. All prior provisions inconsistent with this appointment are hereby repealed, ensuring a clear legal framework for the commission operations.

DECREE NO. 2005-128 OF MARCH 8, 2005 REPEALING DECREE NO. 99-749 OF SEPTEMBER 20, 1999 APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE BANKING AND FINANCIAL SUPERVISION COMMISSION (CSBF)

By Decree No. 2005-128 of the Prime Minister, Head of Government, dated March 8, 2005, Decree No. 99-749 of September 20, 1999 appointing members of the Banking and Financial Supervision Commission (CSBF) is hereby repealed.

In application of Article 36 of Law No. 95-030 of February 22, 1996, in addition to the ex officio members, namely: • the Governor of the Central Bank; • the Director General of the Treasury; • the Director General of the Central Bank; • a magistrate holding at least the rank of Counselor to the Supreme Court, designated by the First President of the Court; • a member designated by the Minister in charge of Finance,

the following persons are appointed as members of the Banking and Financial Supervision Commission for a term of three years: • Mrs. Ralijohn Nirina Emma; • Mrs. Razafindramboa Ihantasolo Voahirana; • Mr. Rakotoarimanana Victor.

All prior provisions contrary to this Decree are and remain repealed.
