Regulation on the Automated Domestic Payments System
The National Bank of Moldova issued this regulation to establish the legal framework for the Automated Domestic Payments System. It defines the operational rules, participant obligations, and technical standards required for processing domestic payment transactions. The regulation entered into force on 1 September 2019 to ensure the stability and efficiency of the national payment infrastructure.
