Instruction No. 3/2023
Banco de Portugal issued Instruction No. 3/2023 to regulate the co-management service for main cash accounts (CNP) provided by the central bank. This regulation aligns with Annex I of Instruction No. 16/2022 regarding the operation of the TARGET-PT national component. The instruction applies to credit institutions and became effective on March 20, 2023.
