A List of Duly Registered Financial Intermediaries Issued Annually by the CMA
The Capital Markets Authority of Lebanon issued Decision No. 29 to officially publish the annual list of duly registered financial intermediaries, comprising twenty-eight entities including Julius Baer (Lebanon) S.A.L., Arab International Development and Investment Company S.A.L., and Beirut Financial Intermediaries Company S.A.L. This regulation, enacted pursuant to Laws No. 234 and No. 161, mandates the publication of this roster in the Official Gazette and its distribution to relevant parties as necessary. The decision, signed by President Riad T. Salamé on 4 February 2019, formally confirms the regulatory status and operational authorization of these listed financial entities within Lebanon.
