Decision on the Sale of Commemorative Coins Issued on the Occasion of 150th Anniversary of Nikola Tesla's Birth in 2006
The National Bank of Serbia issued this decision to regulate the direct sale of commemorative coins to domestic and foreign natural persons and legal entities. The coins, issued for the 150th anniversary of Nikola Tesla's birth, became available for purchase on July 10, 2006, through the Bank's Head Office in Belgrade and its branches. The decision entered into force on the day following its publication in the Official Gazette.
"RS Official Gazette", No. 56/2006 Pursuant to Article 21, paragraph 1 of the Law on the National Bank of Serbia (“RS Official Gazette”, Nos. 72/2003 and 55/2004), and with reference to Articles 7 and 8 of the Law on Commemorative Coins (“FRY Official Gazette”, No. 46/96), the Governor of the National Bank of Serbia hereby issues the following D E C I S I O N ON THE SALE OF COMMEMORATIVE COINS ISSUED ON THE OCCASION OF 150TH ANNIVERSARY OF NIKOLA TESLA’S BIRTH IN 2006
- The National Bank of Serbia shall sell commemorative coins issued pursuant to the Decision on Issuing Commemorative Coins on the Occasion of 150th Anniversary of Nikola Tesla’s Birth (“RS Official Gazette”, No. 47/2006) directly to domestic and foreign natural persons and legal entities in the country, in the Head Office of the National Bank of Serbia in Belgrade and through National Bank of Serbia branches.
- The National Bank of Serbia shall release the commemorative coins referred to in paragraph 1 hereof for sale on July 10, 2006.
