Commercial Permits Regulations (Fees) Rules 2025
The Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Global Market issued the Commercial Permits Regulations (Fees) Rules 2025 to establish the mandatory fee schedule for commercial permit applications within the jurisdiction. Schedule 1 specifies issuance and renewal charges in AED for alcohol, shisha, temporary commercial, activity, and sales and promotions permits, while Schedule 2 imposes a late renewal penalty of 500 AED per month for applications filed more than thirty days after expiry. These rules repeal the 2024 fee regulations and take immediate effect upon publication to standardize regulatory charges for all permit applicants and holders.
