The Central Bank of Libya issued Periodic Letter No. (2016/74) to mandate adjusted official working hours for commercial banks and their staff during the holy month of Ramadan. The directive specifies that employees will work from 09:00 to 14:00, while public service hours will run from 09:30 to 13:30, effective from Sunday through Thursday. This adjustment aligns with Cabinet Resolution No. (319) of 2012 and supports the bank's supervisory framework under Law No. (1) of 2005.
