Arrendadora GM, S.A. de C.V. has received approval from El Salvador's National Digital Assets Commission to launch a public offering of MNKY2 and MNKY3 digital assets. The issuance comprises up to 10,000 MNKY2 tokens at $100 each and 1,000 MNKY3 tokens at $1,000 each, with proceeds designated to finance the Mankay aparthotel project in El Tunco. Pulpo Fintech, S.A. de C.V. serves as the designated policy holder for the offering, which commenced on August 19, 2025.
