2006-11-20 | TED-FEM-GEN-FPC-02-02The Central Bank of Nigeria has suspended Pan Fedan Marble and Granite Company Ltd., Integrated Reality Limited, and Fezel Nigeria Limited from foreign exchange transactions until further notice. Authorized dealers are required to provide details of these companies' foreign exchange transactions since January 2005 and submit relevant documents by November 17th, as all outstanding or future transactions without prior approval will be ineligible for remittance.

TED/FEM/GEN/FPC/01/03 All Authorised Dealers and The General Public SUSPENSION FROM FOREIGN EXCHANGE TRANSACTIONS This is to inform all Authorised dealers that the following companies have been suspended from foreign exchange activities until further notice.
Ikoyi 3. Fezel Nigeria Limited 71, Awolowo Road, S.W. Ikoyi Furthermore, Authorised Dealers are hereby directed to forward to the Director, Trade and Exchange Department details of all foreign exchange transactions by the affected companies since January 2005 to date using the following format.
In addition, copies of the Mandate cards, Account Opening Forms, MEMART and documents relating to all transactions and accounts of the above companies and their related companies should also be forwarded. Accordingly, all foreign exchange transactions which remain outstanding or will fall due are thus ineligible for remittance without the prior approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria.
All Authorized Dealers are to ensure that the returns are made available not later than Friday 17th November 2006.
