## INFORMATION CIRCULAR PF NO. 6 OF 2013

### PENSION FUNDS ACT, NO 24 OF 1956 ("the Act")
### SECTION 15 – SUBMISSION OF PRESCRIBED ANNUAL RETURNS

Following Directive PF No. 7 of 3 May 2013, funds are hereby informed that the implementation of the revised annual financial statements has been postponed and will only be applicable for the submission of annual financial year-ends following 1 January 2014.

Therefore funds may submit their 2013 annual financial statements in the electronic format currently in force.

Should funds wish to submit their 2013 annual financial statements in the revised “draft” format as published on the FSB Website (www.fsb.co.za), this electronic format will be accessible for such submissions. In such cases the provisions regarding the extensions granted as set out in Directive No. 7 will continue to apply.
