This Administration has received a letter from the Mr. / Chairman of the Budget, Planning and Finance Committee of the General National Congress, bearing reference number (13-3451-3-10), dated 23/06/2013, addressed to the Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, regarding the non-processing of any document, letter, or correspondence that does not contain four legal elements: (Name - Title/Position - Stamp - Signature).
Accordingly, and as we enclose a copy of the aforementioned letter from the Chairman of the Budget, Planning and Finance Committee of the General National Congress, you are requested to take the necessary measures regarding this matter and implement its contents.
