Instruction No. 2011-I-15 of 7 November 2011 amending Instruction No. 2000-09 and Instruction No. 2010-08 regarding anti-money laundering and terrorist financing prevention information

PRUDENTIAL CONTROL AUTHORITY Instruction No. 2011-I-15 amending Instruction No. 2000-09 regarding information on the anti-money laundering and terrorist financing prevention system and Instruction No. 2010-08 regarding information on the anti-money laundering and terrorist financing prevention system concerning payment institutions

The Prudential Control Authority, Having regard to the Monetary and Financial Code, in particular Chapters I and II of Title VI of Book V; Having regard to Instruction No. 2000-09 of 18 October 2000, as amended, regarding information on the anti-money laundering and terrorist financing prevention system; Having regard to Instruction No. 2009-01 of 19 June 2009 regarding the implementation of the unified financial reporting system; Having regard to Instruction No. 2010-08 of 8 March 2010 regarding information on the anti-money laundering and terrorist financing prevention system concerning payment institutions; Having regard to the opinion of the Anti-Money Laundering Advisory Committee dated 11 October 2011; Decides:

Article 1 The BLANCHIMT – B4 table in the annex to Instruction No. 2000-09 is hereby amended as follows: – line 00260 is deleted; – code b) is associated with line 00430 in the "Responses" column; – code b) is associated with line 00470 in the "Responses" column.

Article 2 The BLANCHIMT – EP – B4 table in the annex to Instruction No. 2010-08 is hereby amended as follows: – line 00270 is deleted; – code b) is associated with line 00450 in the "Responses" column; – code b) is associated with line 00490 in the "Responses" column.

Article 3 The annex to Instruction No. 2000-09, as amended by this instruction, constitutes Annex 8 to Instruction No. 2009-01.
