Further to Circular No. (2025/115), please find attached a copy of the letter from the Director General of the General Administration of Non-Governmental Organizations and Public Affairs at the Ministry of Interior No. (11057) regarding the request to lift the freeze on accounts belonging to Al-Mustaqbal Charity Association, registered with the Ministry under Number (7696); this is in light of the aforementioned association rectifying its status with the Ministry in accordance with regulations.
Accordingly, the necessary measures are requested to be taken for implementation, and the association's representatives are to be informed regarding this matter.

Subject: Approval of the Elected Board of Directors and Financial Committee for your Association registered with us under Number 7696
Based on the minutes of the General Assembly meeting of your aforementioned association, which was held on 2025/08/26, during which elections were held for a new board of directors, and based on Article (14) of your bylaws which stipulates the term of the Board of Directors as (3 years), we hereby approve the following names as the elected Board of Directors for the Association for a term of (3 years) from the date of the election, with their term ending on 2028/08/26, at which time elections shall be held.
