The Monetary Board of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka issued Finance Business Act Direction No. 08 of 2018 to amend existing regulations for licensed finance companies. This directive formally deletes Direction 3.1 of the Finance Companies (Structural Changes) Direction No. 01 of 2013 dated 07th June 2013. The changes became effective immediately upon the issuance of this direction on 04 September 2018.
