Extension of the Submission Deadline of the 2025 Audited Financial Statements and Accompanying Reports
The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, through Deputy Governor Lyn I. Javier, extends the submission deadline for the 2025 Audited Financial Statements and accompanying reports for all covered BSP-supervised financial institutions until 30 June 2026. This memorandum mandates that the electronic submission of the AFS Reporting Package for banks and non-bank financial institutions must adhere to the guidelines established in BSP Memoranda Nos. M-2020-055 and M-2020-060. The directive serves as official guidance for all regulated entities to ensure compliance with the revised timeline and procedural requirements.

The provisions of the BSP Memoranda Nos. M-2020-055 dated 11 July 2020 and M-2020-060 dated 3 August 2020 shall guide all covered BSFIs on the Electronic Submission of AFS Reporting Package for Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions.
