Decision on Issuing Gold and Silver Jubilee Coins for the 25th Anniversary of the Central Bank of Montenegro

[unofficially consolidated translation] DECISION ON ISSUING GOLD AND SILVER JUBILEE COINS ON THE OCCASION OF CELEBRATING THE 25TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF MONTENEGRO (OGM 94/25 of 12 August 2025, 135/25 of 25 November 2025) Article 1 On the occasion of celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Central Bank, the Central Bank of Montenegro (hereinafter: the Central Bank) shall issue jubilee coins in 2026. Article 2 Jubilee coins referred to in Article 1 of this Decision shall be issued in the form of gold and silver coins. Article 3 The gold coin shall be issued with a face value of 10 perpers and in a mintage of 80 pieces. The gold coin shall have a weight of 3.5 grams, a diameter of 20 mm, and shall be struck from gold alloy of a fineness of not less than 900/1000, using the proof striking technique, featuring mirror-like fields and frosted relief elements. The permitted tolerance for the weight of the gold coin shall be 2‰ (two per mille) above the weight specified in paragraph 2 of this Article. Article 4 Silver coin shall be issued with a face value of 1 perper and in a mintage of 250 pieces. The silver coin shall have a weight of not less than 17 grams, a diameter of 34 mm, and shall be struck from silver alloy of a fineness of not less than 925/1000, fusing the proof striking technique, featuring mirror-like fields and frosted relief elements The permitted tolerance for the weight of the silver coin shall be 2‰ (two per mille) above the weight specified in paragraph 2 of this Article. Article 5 The design of the obverse of the gold and silver coins shall be as follows: in the central field, the face value and monetary unit, namely “10 PERPERA” on the gold coin and “1 PERPER” on the silver coin, shall be indicated; to the left, the Coat of Arms of Montenegro

shall be depicted; and in the upper segment along the rim, the inscription “CRNA GORA” shall be engraved in Latin script, while the years “2001–2026” shall be inscribed along the lower rim. The design of the reverse of the gold and silver coins shall be as follows: in the central field, a representation of the building of the Central Bank of Montenegro Money Museum shall be depicted; beneath the lower edge of the representation, the inscription “MUZEJ NOVCA, CETINJE” shall be engraved in Latin script, below which the logo of the Central Bank of Montenegro shall appear; in the upper segment along the rim, the inscription “CENTRALNA BANKA CRNE GORE” shall be engraved in Latin script, while in the lower segment along the rim the inscription “25 GODINA” shall be engraved in Latin script. The edge of the gold and silver coins shall be plain. Article 6 The manner of use, composition and distribution of the gold and silver coins shall be determined by a separate decision of the Council of the Central Bank of Montenegro Article 7 This decision shall enter into force on the eighth day following that of its publication in the “Official Gazette of Montenegro”.
