The Governing Board of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued a decision on October 31, 2007, to repeal two prior regulations governing electronic signatures. The repealed instruments were the Decision on Minimum Conditions for Qualified Certification Bodies and the Decision on Rules for Determining Elements of Electronic Signature Authenticity. This decision entered into force upon its publication in the Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the official gazettes of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Republika Srpska, and Brčko District.
Pursuant to Article 2, paragraph 3, point c, and Articles 58 and 70 of the Law on the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of BiH", nos. 1/97, 29/02, 13/03, 14/03, 9/05, 76/06, and 32/77) and Article 52 of the Rulebook of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina, UV number: 120/05 dated June 29, 2005, the Governing Board of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at its 9th session held on October 31, 2007, adopted
D E C I S I O N on Repealing Decisions of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina Regulating Electronic Signatures

By this Decision, the following decisions of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina regulating electronic signatures are repealed:
Decision on Regulating Rules for Determining Elements of Electronic Signature Authenticity ("Official Gazette of BiH", 10/02).

This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the "Official Gazette of BiH" , and shall also be published in the official gazettes of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Republika Srpska, and the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
