Regulation of the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency Number 4 of 2023 Concerning Amendments to Regulation Number 11 of 2022 on the Determination of the List of Crypto Assets Traded in the Physical Crypto Asset Market
The Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency (BAPPEBTI) of Indonesia issued Regulation Number 4 of 2023 to amend the list of crypto assets permitted for trading in the physical crypto asset market. This regulation updates the previous list established by Regulation Number 11 of 2022 to meet trading needs and provide legal certainty for market participants. The amendment officially takes effect from the date of issuance, June 9, 2023, and includes a comprehensive appendix listing 501 specific crypto assets and their trading codes.
