Notice of Amendments to Legislation May 2022
The DFSA Board has enacted five rulemaking instruments to amend the DFSA Rulebook following a consultation period on Consultation Paper No. 142. These instruments update the Collective Investment, General, Glossary, Prudential, and Fees modules by repealing and replacing their existing versions with detailed amendments. The revised rules will take effect on June 1, 2022, and the updated modules along with their appendices are available on the DFSA website.
