Clearing Agency Application Guidelines
The Financial Services Authority of Seychelles issues these guidelines to standardize the application process for Clearing Agency Licences under the Securities Act, 2007. Applicants must submit a comprehensive package of constitutional documents, financial statements, operational manuals, and a US$4,000 fee to initiate a review that typically concludes within six months.
