Registration of the Best Life Branch of UPAY Closed Joint-Stock Company

The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Decision No. 199A on 18 November 2025 to register the "BEST LIFE" branch of "UPAY" Closed Joint-Stock Company. This administrative act was granted following the submission of required petitions and documentation by the company on 14 October and 3 November 2025. The decision entered into force immediately upon its signing by Governor Martin Galstyan.

ON REGISTERING THE “BEST LIFE” BRANCH OF “UPAY” CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY

Guided by Part 3 of Article 2 and Point "p" of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”;

Based on Part 3 of Article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Payment and Settlement Systems and Payment and Settlement Organizations” and Chapter 12 of Regulation 17/01 "On Procedures for Licensing of Payment and Settlement Organizations, Registration of Branches, Qualification, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Registration of Managers" approved by Resolution No. 285-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 25 October 2011,

Taking into account that “UPAY” Closed Joint-Stock Company submitted petitions and attached documents to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 14 October 2025 and 3 November 2025 regarding the registration of the “BEST LIFE” branch, the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby:

R E S O L V E S:

To register the “BEST LIFE” branch of “UPAY” Closed Joint-Stock Company.

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
