Technical Guideline for the Preparation and Submission of Reports by a Pension Management Company Managing Voluntary Pension Funds in Electronic Form - Applicable until 31.12.2022
The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (Hanfa) issued this Technical Guideline to standardize the electronic preparation, signing, and submission of financial, semi-annual, asset-liability structure, and capital calculation reports by pension management companies managing voluntary pension funds. It mandates the use of specific XML files for core financial data and capital calculations, alongside a PDF file for financial notes, all requiring advanced electronic signatures from at least two board members. The guideline supersedes the 2015 version, establishes precise file formats and submission procedures aligned with existing regulations, and sets clear deadlines for electronic reporting.
