Guidelines on the Submission of the Standard Business Loan Application Form (SBLAF) Reports
The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas issued Memorandum M-2024-041 to establish submission guidelines for the Standard Business Loan Application Form (SBLAF) reports for all covered banking and non-banking financial institutions. The directive mandates that these reports be filed electronically via the PRIME system within fifteen banking days, with quarterly submissions commencing in March 2025 and annual reports starting in December 2025. It further specifies technical requirements for XML generation, registration procedures for non-bank entities, and compliance protocols for reporting violations.
