بالإشارة إلى كتاب البنك المركزي الصادر في ۲۳ فبراير ۲۰۲٥ بشأن موافقة مجلس الوزراء على إصدار مبادرة دعم القطاعات الصناعية ذات الأولوية وفقا لمحددات وزارة المالية بسعر عائد ١٥٪، أود الإفادة أن مجلس الوزراء قد وافق بجلسته رقم ٧٧ المنعقدة بتاريخ ٢٨ يناير ٢٠٢٦ على تعديل بعض محددات المبادرة وذلك على النحو التالي:- Referring to the Central Bank's letter issued on February 23, 2025, regarding the Cabinet's approval to launch an initiative to support priority industrial sectors according to the Ministry of Finance's criteria with a 15% interest rate, I would like to inform you that the Cabinet, in its 77th session held on January 28, 2026, approved amending some of the initiative's criteria as follows:

1. تعديل البند رقم (۳) من محددات المبادرة بإضافة بعض القطاعات والأنشطة الصناعية الجديدة للقطاعات والانشطة الصناعية ذات الأولوية وفقا للبيان المعدل المرفق.
2. Amendment of item (3) of the initiative's criteria by adding some new industrial sectors and activities to the priority industrial sectors and activities, according to the attached amended statement.

۲. تعديل البند رقم (۷) من محددات المبادرة ليكون الحد الأقصى لتمويل العميل الواحد في إطار المبادرة مبلغ ١٠٠ مليون جنيه بدلا من ٧٥ مليون جنيه، ولتمويل العميل الواحد والأطراف المرتبطة به مبلغ ١٥٠ مليون جنيه بدلا من ١٠٠ مليون جنيه، ويتم تحديد حجم الائتمان المتاح في إطار المبادرة لكل عميل في ضوء حجم أعماله والقواعد المصرفية المنظمة. 2. Amendment of item (7) of the initiative's criteria so that the maximum financing for a single client within the initiative framework is 100 million EGP instead of 75 million EGP, and for financing a single client and related parties, it is 150 million EGP instead of 100 million EGP; the volume of credit available within the initiative for each client will be determined based on their business volume and regulated banking rules.
