ON RECOGNIZING PAWNSHOP ACTIVITY LICENSE NO. PA-Y 299 GRANTED TO “SHOGH” LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AS VOID
Guided by Part 3 of Article 2 and Point "p" of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, sub-point "e" of Part 1 of Article 20 of the Law “On Pawnshops and Pawnshop Activity”, the requirements of Point 20 of Annex 1 "On Procedure for Licensing of Pawnshop Activity and the Form of Pawnshop Activity License in the Republic of Armenia" approved by Resolution No. 32-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 3 February 2017;
T aking into account Letter No. BC/2988/04/24 received from the RA Bankruptcy Court dated 14 July 2025 regarding the completion of the bankruptcy case and liquidation of “SHOGH” Limited Liability Company, as well as the electronic extract from the State Register of Legal Entities of the RA Ministry of Justice dated 2 October 2025 regarding “SHOGH” Limited Liability Company being considered liquidated:
Based on the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 47 dated 29 October 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby:
R E S O L V E S:
To recognize Pawnshop Activity License No. PA-Y 299 granted to “SHOGH” Limited Liability Company as void by Resolution No. 147 A of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 30 June 2015This Resolution shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
For the purpose of protecting the interests of the customers of “SHOGH” Limited Liability Company and ensuring their awareness, to publish the concluding part of this Resolution on the website of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia through the Public Relations Service of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
This Resolution shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
