Regulation No. 2013-01 - Regulation on the Register of Authorized Subjects - Update No. II
The Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of San Marino issued Regulation No. 2013-01 to update the Register of Authorized Subjects, mandating the publication of the last three annual financial statements and shareholder details for stakes exceeding 5%. The regulation establishes a separate "List of Cancelled Subjects" section to record the identity and cancellation reasons of deregistered entities.
