Resolution No. 209-L Amending Decision No. 92-L on the 2025 Procurement Plan of the Central Bank of Armenia

ON MAKING AMENDMENTS TO DECISION NO. 92-L OF THE BOARD OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA DATED 3 JUNE 2025

Based on Article 2, Part 3 and Article 20, Point "e" of the Law "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia," and guided by Article 5, Part 1, Points 9 and 11, and Article 54, Part 1, Point 2 of the Law "On Procurement," the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby:

R E S O L V E S:

  1. To restate Points "3"-"5" of Decision No. 92L of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 3 June 2025 "On Approving the 2025 Procurement Plan of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia" (hereinafter: the Decision) in the following edit:

"3. Amendments and supplements to the procurement plan, as a result of which the procurement price exceeds AMD 1,000,000 but does not exceed AMD 20,000,000, shall be implemented by the Tenders Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia at the initiative of the structural subdivision.

  1. Amendments and supplements to the procurement plan, as a result of which the procurement price does not exceed AMD 1,000,000, shall be implemented by the structural subdivision through a single-source procurement procedure.

  2. Urgent procurements arising as a consequence of an emergency or other unforeseen situation may, upon the proposal of the structural subdivision and with the consent of the Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, be implemented through a single-source procurement procedure without making an amendment or supplement to the procurement plan, if:

a. the procurement price does not exceed AMD 20,000,000,

b. such a requirement could not have been objectively foreseen,

g. it is impossible to implement the procedures for amendments and supplements to the procurement plan defined by Points "3"-"4" of this Decision."

  1. This Resolution shall enter into force in the manner prescribed by law.
