ON REGISTERING THE RULES OF “AC 5” CONTRACTUAL, NON-PUBLIC, INTERVAL, SPECIALIZED INVESTMENT FUND OF “ALEX CAPITAL” CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY

Guided by Part 3 of Article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Point (ac) of Article 20, Article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Investment Funds”, and Point 29 of Regulation 10/11 “Terms and Conditions for Registration of Investment Fund (Fund Rules), Issuing Permission to Sell Securities of Foreign Investment Fund in the Republic of Armenia” approved by Resolution No. 117-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 2 May 2011;

T aking into account that “ALEX CAPITAL” Closed Joint-Stock Company applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 21 March 2025, 25 June 2025, and 4 August 2025 with a petition to register the rules of “AC 5” contractual, non-public, interval, specialized investment fund of “ALEX CAPITAL” Closed Joint-Stock Company,

B ased on the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 37 of 20 August 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia decides hereby:

R E S O L V E S:

To register the rules of “AC 5” contractual, non-public, interval, specialized investment fund of “ALEX CAPITAL” Closed Joint-Stock Company.

This Resolution shall enter into force as of the day following the due notification to “ALEX CAPITAL” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
