The Saudi Central Bank mandates all banks and commercial banks operating in the Kingdom to provide 24-hour toll-free phone lines for receiving reports and feedback on automated teller machines. This requirement operationalizes prior directives from the Ministry of Interior and the Bank’s Security Committee designed to curb repeated ATM uprooting and theft. Financial institutions must activate these dedicated communication channels immediately to ensure continuous customer reporting and enhanced security protocols.
